Origin/Destination

Served by many major airlines with relatively inexpensive airfare from nearly every major city in the nation, Las Vegas is the starting and ending point for all of our ATV adventures (Except those bringing their own ATV's). Please plan to arrive in Las Vegas no later than Sunday afternoon or evening before your trail ride. If it would be more convenient, you can arrange to start your trip with us in Kanab, Utah. If you are planning on bringing your own ATV please call us to make special arrangements.

Where To Stay

For your convenience, we recommend that you book your accommodations at the Fairfield Inn Las Vegas (located at 3850 South Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89169). You will meet with an Anasazi ATV Adventures representative on Sunday evening for a pre-ride briefing. You can make reservations at the Fairfield Inn Las Vegas by calling them directly, 1-702-791-0899 or by visiting their website, http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/lasfi-fairfield-inn-las-vegas-airport. We recommend you reserve your room immediately after booking your ATV adventure. When reserving your room, be sure to mention that you are participating in an ATV tour with Anasazi ATV Adventures.

If you choose to stay at another Las Vegas hotel, you need to make sure you attend the briefing on Sunday evening at the Fairfield Inn Las Vegas and arrive on time for departure from theFairfield Inn Las Vegas on Monday morning. If you are not staying at the Residence Inn, please let our office know where you are staying and the telephone number of your hotel.

Getting Started

An Anasazi ATV Adventures representative will meet you in the Fairfield Inn Las Vegas lobby at 7:00 p.m. on the Sunday before your tour to discuss the trip and answer any last minute questions you may have. The meeting lasts approximately 30-45 minutes. You should be packed, dressed and ready to go for departure to Kanab, Utah early Monday morning. Our representative will confirm the exact departure time during the Sunday evening briefing.

When and Where the Trip Ends

Your ATV adventure ends Saturday morning in Kanab, Utah. We will transport you back to the Fairfield Inn Las Vegas by approximately 12:00 p.m. Las Vegas time on Saturday. Since arrival times can vary due to unforeseen circumstances, we suggest you book your return flight no earlier than 3:00 p.m. Las Vegas time.

Clothing for the Ride

Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and well broken-in, sturdy shoes for your ATV adventure. Weather conditions can be unpredictable, so we recommend that you bring a water-resistant coat or slicker. Since our ATV tours are in the spring and fall, we advise you to bring clothing suitable for both warm and cold weather.

Medical

All ATV ride participants should be in good physical condition. We will make every effort to provide emergency medical services and evacuation, if needed. Since we traverse remote areas on our ATV adventures, it might take extra time to provide needed medical attention.

Insurance

Before your trip, we recommend purchasing short-term travel, cancellation and accident insurance. You can purchase policies that will cover the length of your vacation and provide coverage in the event of a personal accident or the loss of luggage and personal belongings. In addition, check to see if your homeowner’s policy covers the loss of or damage to your luggage, camera, etc.

Special Arrangements

If you would like to start or end the trail ride differently than we have outlined, please make special arrangements by calling our office, 1-866-256-7628. If you are on a special diet, you may bring your own food or notify us so that we can do our best to accommodate you. If you have any other special needs or requirements, please contact our office.

Important – If you Change Your Plans

Please be sure to contact us if any change of plans has occurred that will affect your trail ride.

Money

We will provide you the opportunity to purchase souvenirs and mementos of your trip, so you will want to bring some cash with you. You may want to bring additional money for Trailguide gratuities.
